We are seeking an experienced Senior Landscaping Project Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of luxury, high-end garden and landscape projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring all aspects of the projects align with our company's high standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Implementation: Manage project implementation, focusing on quality, timeliness, and adherence to our company's stringent quality plans.
- Project Reporting: Conduct monthly project-specific reporting, maintain accurate records of progress, and manage the procurement of materials with long lead times.
- Project Delivery: Ensure the delivery and execution of projects meet the outlined reporting requirements, keeping detailed records of materials and human resources.
- Project Quality: Provide comprehensive reports on project quality, deadlines, and performance to enable directors to monitor and manage ongoing project success.
- Project Management: Utilize a range of office software, including email tools, Excel spreadsheets, and project management software like MS Project, to streamline project tasks.
Requirements:
At least 3 years of experience in landscaping in the super prime/high end/luxury market is essential. Existing skills should include CSCS, SSSTS or SMSTS (more desirable), however training can be provided.
