About the Role

We are seeking an experienced team leader to join our growing team as a Pharmacy Branch Supervisor at our Lodge Moor branch. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supervising branch colleagues, liaising with the Pharmacist/Pharmacy Manager, and ensuring the content of the Branch Procedures Manual, DPBM, and SOPs are strictly adhered to at all times.

This is a permanent position consisting of a 26-hour work week, with a 3-week rota. The hourly rate is £12.00, depending on age.

Main Responsibilities
  • Supervise and motivate branch colleagues to achieve excellent customer service and sales results.
  • Liaise with the Pharmacist/Pharmacy Manager to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Ensure branch colleagues are trained to company standards and adhere to company policies and procedures.
  • Monitor retail activity and identify opportunities to increase sales and maintain costs.
