Job Title: Field Service Technician
Salary: £15 - £18PH OTE £45-£50k
Hours: 40 Hours per week + Overtime

Our client is seeking a dedicated Field Service Technician to manage service operations in a designated area.

In this role, you will engage with a diverse array of Plant and Agricultural Machinery.

If you possess a strong aptitude for Diagnostics, combined with both Electrical and Mechanical expertise, and have experience with Agricultural or Plant Construction Equipment, this position is tailored for you.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct inspections on both new and pre-owned agricultural and plant machinery.
  • Perform routine maintenance on equipment, including diggers, telehandlers, tractors, and ride-on mowers.
  • Execute Electrical and Hydraulic Diagnostics along with breakdown repairs.
  • Complete job documentation, detailing machine specifics, time, mileage, and any necessary accompanying paperwork.

Qualifications Required:
  • Relevant experience in a similar capacity, such as Field Service Technician or Plant Mechanic.
  • Strong diagnostic capabilities and the ability to work independently.
  • Proficient in using diagnostic software.
  • NVQ in Plant Engineering, Land Based Engineering, or Heavy Goods is highly advantageous.
