We are seeking a skilled Field Service Technician to join our team at Tunstall Healthcare and contribute to delivering exceptional repair and maintenance services for a wide range of products in a professional and efficient manner. This role is based in the Dorset/Wiltshire area and involves working remotely.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing top-notch customer service and interacting effectively with clients
  • Carrying out equipment maintenance and repairs in customers' homes, catering to diverse needs and age groups
  • Participating in an on-call rota system, ensuring timely responses to customer needs

The Ideal Candidate:

To excel in this role, you should possess experience as a Field Engineer, leveraging your electrical and electronic expertise to maintain and repair various products. Familiarity with systems like Warden Call, CCTV, and Nurse Call is highly beneficial.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Electrical/Electronic qualification at NVQ Level 2 or equivalent
  • Strong understanding of basic Electrical and Electronic systems and principles
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Effective team collaboration and time management skills
  • Comfortable working at heights and with vulnerable populations
  • Experience with networks and IP-based systems is a plus
