Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Programme Data Controller to join our team in Hemel Hempstead. As a key member of our commercial and programmes team, you will be responsible for managing the sales forecasting and accounting processes for the NW Europe region.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and maintain accurate sales forecasts for the NW Europe market, including order intake and revenue projections.
  2. Manage programme accounting processes, including deferred revenue, work-in-progress, and unbilled revenue.
  3. Collaborate with the UK Financial Controller to ensure accurate accounting and forecasting in accordance with IFRS15 standards.
  4. Provide regular variance explanations and insights to senior leadership.
  5. Develop and maintain close working relationships with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and issue resolution.
  6. Lead the annual budget and strategic planning process for revenue and order intake.
  7. Monitor and drive improvements in SAP data accuracy and programme invoicing processes.
About You
  1. Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with experience in commercial sales forecasting and analysis.
  2. Strong knowledge of IFRS standards, particularly IFRS15, and experience with programme accounting and revenue recognition.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a matrix environment.
  4. Proficient in MS Office, SAP, and management information systems (Oracle EPBCS).
  5. Foreign language skills, particularly Hebrew, are an advantage.
