We are seeking a highly skilled Programme Data Controller to join our team in Hemel Hempstead. As a key member of our commercial and programmes team, you will be responsible for managing the sales forecasting and accounting processes for the NW Europe region.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain accurate sales forecasts for the NW Europe market, including order intake and revenue projections.
- Manage programme accounting processes, including deferred revenue, work-in-progress, and unbilled revenue.
- Collaborate with the UK Financial Controller to ensure accurate accounting and forecasting in accordance with IFRS15 standards.
- Provide regular variance explanations and insights to senior leadership.
- Develop and maintain close working relationships with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and issue resolution.
- Lead the annual budget and strategic planning process for revenue and order intake.
- Monitor and drive improvements in SAP data accuracy and programme invoicing processes.
- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with experience in commercial sales forecasting and analysis.
- Strong knowledge of IFRS standards, particularly IFRS15, and experience with programme accounting and revenue recognition.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a matrix environment.
- Proficient in MS Office, SAP, and management information systems (Oracle EPBCS).
- Foreign language skills, particularly Hebrew, are an advantage.
