About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Specialist Dietitian to join our team at Elysium Healthcare. As a Specialist Dietitian, you will play a vital role in supporting the delivery of dietetic services across our secure mental health and learning disabilities services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support service users with a range of conditions, working as part of a multi-professional team.
- Deliver dietetic clinical services on an individual and group basis.
- Complete assessments, plan, implement interventions, and evaluate outcomes aligned to care plans.
- Collaborate with patients to plan and implement individual and group interventions.
- Maintain accurate patient records, including care notes and written reports.
- Establish effective communication with patients, carers, and staff.
- Implement and develop evidence-based therapeutic activities to aid patient mental health recovery.
- Provide training and education to support the development of the dietetic service.
Requirements:
- Diploma or degree in Dietetics.
- HCPC Registration.
- Knowledge of Mental Health Act 1983 and CPA.
- Experience of working in a similar setting.
