About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Apprenticeship Business Administrator. As a key member of our administrative team, you will provide essential support to our Business Administrators, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with secretarial duties, including telephone, reception, purchasing, post, filing, and record-keeping.
  • Participate in and assist with organizing staff training and development initiatives.
  • Undertake ISO internal auditing and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Organize company events, trips, and meetings.
  • Manage equipment, calibration, and servicing records.
  • Raise invoices and process payments.
  • Contribute to premise management, including leases and repairs.
