We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Midweight Video Editor to join our team at LADbible Group on a fixed-term contract for 6 months. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in editing branded content for online platforms, working to tight deadlines, and building relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Edit high-quality video content using Adobe Premiere, working on commercial, social, and marketing projects.
- Undertake animation and motion graphics tasks at a high level, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.
- Assist other editors as needed, under the direction of Senior Video Editors, and provide guidance to junior team members.
- Support ad-hoc shoot duties, such as data management and ensuring all content meets broadcast and social standards.
- Stay up-to-date with video trends and share knowledge with the team.
- Colour correct and grade images and videos, conforming to brand standards and guidelines.
- Sources audio tracks and sound mix edits, creating well-mastered tracks across multiple layers.
- Ensure all content is produced within brand guidelines and in-keeping with the tone of relevant LADbible Group channels.
- Minimum 3+ years of full-time experience in a similar role at a production company, post-house, agency, publisher, or brand.
- Professional experience of the Adobe Creative Suite, with exceptional proficiency in Premiere, After Effects, and Photoshop.
- Passion for social and branded content.
- Confident in Microsoft Office Suite of programs.
LADbible Group has implemented a blended working model, where the majority of departments work in the office 3 days a week.
