**Interim Factory Manager (Bakery) - Inside IR35**
We are seeking an experienced Interim Factory Manager to lead our Bakery operations at Bakkavor Pizza Holbeach. As a key member of our site team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient production of chilled pizzas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the factory operation in a safe and technically compliant manner, delivering against our Vision, Business Strategy, Financial targets and Customer expectations.
- Drive upcoming Projects (Waste Reduction and Automated Stuff Crust), continuous improvements and efficiencies.
- Develop our current team, resulting in the safe and efficient production of chilled pizzas.
- Ensure standards of quality, food safety, hygiene, and housekeeping within the factory operation.
- Manage the NPD process, ensuring successful trials and product launches.
- Own training and development, performance management, and resource growth within the factory operation.
- Utilize agreed KPIs for Performance Improvement Plans and cascade these through the Factory Operational Team.
- Support and develop a culture where individuals feel able to challenge the status quo and encourage feedback from all levels.
Requirements:
- 'Sheet and Cut' experience is preferred.
- Previous experience working in a Bakery Production Environment is essential.
- Previous 'Pizza Dough' or 'Bread' experience.
- Excellent people skills.
- Proactive Manager with strong organisational skills.
