Job Opportunity: Factory Operative

We are seeking a skilled and flexible Factory Operative to join our team at one of the largest privately-owned food companies in the world. As a Factory Operative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality, safety, and legality of our products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work on a fast-paced automated production line packing food items into containers
  • Ensure Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) are followed to maintain the highest standards of quality and safety
  • Label boxes and ensure all food packaging meets the required standards
  • Maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of the site
Requirements:
  • Flexible approach to work and ability to work in a quick yet efficient manner
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
  • No previous experience necessary, as full training will be provided
