About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Engagement Specialist to join our team at Northern Powergrid. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in shaping our stakeholder engagement strategy and delivering high-impact initiatives that drive business results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive stakeholder engagement plan that aligns with our business objectives
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to design and deliver engaging content and experiences that meet the needs of our diverse audience
  • Manage the development and maintenance of our digital spaces, including websites and social media channels, to ensure seamless stakeholder engagement
  • Provide expert advice to colleagues on stakeholder engagement best practices and develop tailored approaches for key projects
  • Work closely with our AI tri-angulation tool to analyze stakeholder feedback and inform business decisions
Requirements
  • Proven experience in stakeholder engagement, with a strong track record of delivering successful initiatives
  • Excellent digital skills, including content creation, web development, and social media management
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and inform business decisions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Minimum GCSE or equivalent in English Language and Maths
