Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and ambitious Assistant Manager to help lead our team and drive business growth at Smith & Western. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant and bar, including managing a team, ordering, stock control, health and safety, and maintaining high standards in every area.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of staff to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food production.
  • Oversee ordering, stock control, and inventory management to minimize waste and optimize profitability.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Work closely with the Head Chef and Directors to ensure seamless operations and achieve business objectives.
