**Job Title:** Maintenance Technician - Toolroom Specialist
**Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at TQR Consultancy Ltd. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our toolroom and equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Use in-house facilities efficiently to repair and maintain injection moulding tools.
- Provide engineering support for production activities.
- Follow good manufacturing procedures and safe working practices.
- Maintain high standards of housekeeping in the toolroom and other work areas.
- Align with safety lockout and work warning systems.
- Respond to emergencies by working overtime when required.
- Keep records of spare parts to ensure they are restocked and cost-effective.
Essential Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge and Candidate Attributes:
- Recognised apprenticeship or equivalent in mechanical, electrical or maintenance engineering (minimum level 3/HND).
- Proven experience working to maintenance technician level within either manufacturing, engineering, the armed forces or automotive (vehicle technicians) will all be considered.
- Methodical mindset coupled with excellent communication skills coupled and a collaborative mentality.
- Resourceful problem solver coupled with good knowledge of electrical and mechanical engineering.
- Confident using Microsoft Office suite and other IT systems.
Beneficial Experience:
- Experience gained from within hot running injection moulding would be highly beneficial, but not essential.

Working Hours:
The successful candidate must be able to commit to a 3 on 3 off day shift comprising of 07:00 to 19:00. The salary advertised is inclusive of 20% shift premium.
