Fabric Technician Role Overview

At PRS, we are seeking a skilled Fabric Technician to join our facilities management team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the building and plantroom, ensuring a safe and efficient working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

* Perform routine maintenance tasks, including PPM and reactive works, within set time frames
* Conduct building services maintenance, including fabric, HVAC, mechanical, and electrical tasks
* Monitor contractors and their workmanship, ensuring high-quality results
* Oversee electrical and lighting systems, performing repairs, replacements, and new installations
* Review historical maintenance records to create proactive inspection and maintenance schedules

Requirements:

* Experience in electrical and/or mechanical engineering
* Proven track record of maintenance work in a commercial environment, preferably in facilities management
