As a Senior Software Development Engineer within our Data & Analytics division, you will play a pivotal role in an agile team dedicated to creating and delivering innovative technology solutions that are secure, stable, and scalable.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement inventive software solutions, troubleshooting technical challenges with a creative mindset.
  • Produce high-quality production code while reviewing and debugging contributions from team members.
  • Identify and automate solutions to recurring issues, enhancing the operational stability of our software applications.
  • Facilitate evaluation sessions with external partners and internal teams to assess architectural designs and technical capabilities.
  • Champion the adoption of cutting-edge technologies within our Software Engineering community.
  • Develop automated testing frameworks for User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and serve as a point of contact for new tools.
  • Foster a team culture that values diversity, equity, inclusion, and mutual respect.
Essential Qualifications
  • Formal education or certification in software engineering principles, complemented by practical experience.
  • Hands-on experience in system design, application development, and ensuring operational stability.
  • Proficient in automated testing for APIs and UI using tools such as RestAssured and Selenium.
  • Advanced knowledge of programming languages including JAVA, Selenium, and Cucumber.
  • Experience with performance testing tools like JMeter and BlazeMeter.
  • Expertise in automation and continuous delivery practices.
  • Thorough understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle.
  • Strong grasp of agile methodologies, including CI/CD, application resiliency, and security protocols.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in technical disciplines such as cloud computing, artificial intelligence, and machine learning.
  • Familiarity with tools like Gradle, Maven, Git, Bitbucket, JIRA, Confluence, and JMeter/Load Runner.
  • Practical experience with cloud-native technologies, particularly AWS.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Ability to independently design, develop, and deliver Test Automation Solutions for UAT using Java, Selenium, and Cucumber.
  • Experience with REST and SOAP web services, including API Testing and Automation.
  • Knowledge of databases such as Trino, Iceberg, Snowflake, and Postgres.
  • Collaborative mindset with a focus on building strong relationships and driving process improvements.
