Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough analyses and evaluations of technology utilization across the Corporate Technology organization.
  • Investigate industry trends and innovations to inform strategic roadmaps.
  • Lead the establishment and promotion of architectural standards throughout Corporate Technology.
  • Work collaboratively with Engineers and Architects to develop comprehensive blueprints and design patterns.
  • Influence the development of systems by guiding Engineers and Architects towards recommended methodologies.
  • Engage with the Engineering & Architecture community and senior stakeholders to gather feedback on strategic decisions.
  • Translate complex technical challenges and trends into actionable insights for leadership, facilitating informed decision-making regarding architecture.
  • Drive the adoption of advanced technical methodologies in alignment with contemporary product development practices.
  • Establish and oversee an architecture governance body.
  • Create sustainable, reusable software frameworks that enhance output quality and efficiency across teams.
  • Promote a culture of diversity, equity, inclusion, and respect within the organization.
Required Qualifications
  • Formal training or certification in software engineering principles with extensive practical experience.
  • Proven experience in developing architectural patterns for complex systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead global forums with senior stakeholders.
  • Experience in designing architecture for both on-premises and cloud-based systems.
  • Expertise in implementing resiliency requirements for large-scale systems.
  • Knowledge of Identity & Access Management and system security protocols.
  • Hands-on experience in addressing Risk, Controls, and Regulatory requirements.
  • Deep knowledge in one or more technical domains.
  • Proven track record in delivering system design, application development, testing, and operational stability.
  • Experience in influencing cross-functional teams to achieve modern architectural goals.
  • Ability to apply expertise and innovative methods to solve complex architectural challenges across various technical fields.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Formal certification in Architecture.
  • Certification in multiple Public Cloud domains.
  • Experience in managing large-scale transformation initiatives.
  • Experience in authoring reference architecture patterns for global adoption.
  • Experience in executing large-scale technology migration strategies.
  • Experience in implementing extensive resiliency programs.
