Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Senior Construction Planner to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing expert planning services to support the delivery of our construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the planning and production control processes to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, resource plans, and performance reports to ensure alignment with project requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement efficient construction solutions.
  • Analyze project performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to project teams on planning and scheduling best practices.
  • Represent the company in meetings with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers and partners.
  • Contribute to the development of company policies and procedures related to planning and operations.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in construction planning and project management.
  • Strong knowledge of planning software and tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Commercial awareness and understanding of the construction industry.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and provide recommendations for improvement.
