Project Planning and Controls Specialist

CPC Project Services LLP is seeking a skilled Project Planning and Controls Specialist to join our team in London and South-East. As a specialist in project planning and controls, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of infrastructure and capital delivery projects.

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic individual with a strong background in project planning and controls methodologies, including EVM and project controls. You will be responsible for managing project planning or risk controls delivery across medium/high complexity programmes, driving change processes through effective communication with stakeholders, and checking project controls inputs, recording and reports produced.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement project planning and controls methodologies to ensure successful project delivery
  • Manage project planning or risk controls delivery across medium/high complexity programmes
  • Drive change processes through effective communication with stakeholders
  • Check project controls inputs, recording and reports produced
  • Collaborate with project leaders, project managers, planners, cost managers, and project teams to ensure operational issues are managed

Requirements

  • Strong background in project planning and controls methodologies, including EVM and project controls
  • Experience working on complex, high-profile projects
  • Primavera P6 experience
  • Understanding of project and risk management methodologies
  • Degree qualification (or equivalent)
