Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Production Operator to join our team at a leading biscuit manufacturing company in the Cwmbran area. As a Production Operator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and efficiency of our production processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Producing high-quality biscuits in accordance with company standards
  • Packing, labeling, and palletizing products
  • Complying with all company policies and procedures, including health and safety and food hygiene regulations
  • Making up boxes and loading pallets

Requirements:

  • Basic English literacy and numeracy skills
  • Ability to work well in a team and independently
  • Good understanding of health and safety and food hygiene practices
  • Previous factory experience is desirable but not essential
  • Good communication skills and flexibility/adaptability
  • Ability to show initiative and maintain high standards of hygiene and housekeeping
