Boutique Performance

Achieving sales, profitability, and strategic goals. Formulating sales and profit strategies to enhance business growth. Regular reporting on sales and key performance indicators. Adhering to brand standards (visual merchandising, brand representation, customer service excellence, product launch protocols).

Retail Operations

Managing inventory and conducting regular stock assessments. Ensuring precise handling of all cash register operations. Maintaining IT systems and generating reports. Complying with all security protocols and procedures. Reporting maintenance and repair needs, ensuring timely follow-up for the boutique.

Client Experience and Development

Consistently delivering exceptional customer service. Actively supporting the brand's customer relationship management strategy. Executing all scheduled activities within the boutique. Managing relationships with all VIP clientele. Assisting the Boutique Manager with customer service and client-related matters. Promoting corporate gifting opportunities.

What does success look like with us?

3-5 years of experience in retail. Background in leather goods. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Proactive approach with a solid teamwork mentality. Keen attention to detail. Competent administrative abilities. Availability to work on weekends.
