Job Title: Retail Supervisor - Birmingham

We are seeking an experienced Retail Supervisor to join our team at Sports Direct in Birmingham. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will be responsible for leading a small team and driving sales growth through excellent customer service and visual merchandising.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a small team of sales associates and provide coaching and feedback to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
  • Develop and implement visual merchandising plans to drive sales and enhance the customer shopping experience.
  • Work closely with the store management team to achieve sales targets and implement operational improvements.
  • Provide on-the-spot feedback and coaching to team members to ensure they are meeting sales and customer service targets.
Requirements:
  • Recent supervisory experience in a retail environment.
  • Passion for retail and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Basic salary of £28,256 per annum, plus bonuses and commission.
