Job Title: Retail Sales Advisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Advisor to join our team at our Chester Store. As a Retail Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, and maintaining a high level of product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers.
  • Process sales transactions, handle customer refunds, and maintain accurate records.
  • Develop and maintain product knowledge to provide advice and guidance to customers.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets, driving sales through upselling and add-on sales.
  • Contribute to visual merchandising and display, ensuring a visually appealing store environment.
  • Support in receiving and storing stock, maintaining a high level of stock accuracy.
Requirements:
  • Recent retail and/or customer service experience.
  • Excellent numeracy and literacy skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and provide excellent customer service.
