Principal Designer Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Principal Designer to join our team at The Health and Safety Partnership Limited. As a Principal Designer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the health and safety of our clients and their employees.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure projects comply with CDM 2015 regulations
  • Develop risk responses and plans to eliminate risks on projects
  • Coordinate and attend meetings as required throughout projects
  • Near miss and accident investigation where required
  • Review Construction Phase Plans
  • Prepare and produce Pre-Construction Information
  • Undertake site safety inspections as Client CDM Advisor
  • Involvement in business development, fee proposals, and building client relationships
  • Generate new business opportunities, including securing new contracts or projects
Requirements:
  • Degree qualified in a design or construction management related role
  • Previous experience in a construction-related role, e.g., engineer, architect
  • Proficient in using standard Microsoft software
