Front of House Supervisor Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Front of House Supervisor to join our team at The Radcliffe Arms in Hitchin. As a Front of House Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading our team in delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring the smooth operation of our front of house services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Take responsibility for the customer journey, ensuring their experience is second to none
  • Take accurate orders and work closely with kitchen staff
  • Ensure payments and receipts are correct
  • Confidently recommend menu and drinks offerings
  • Observe service and standards, reporting any incidents or issues
  • Be a supportive and proactive team member
  • Ability to open and close the premises to a high standard
  • Cash up at the end of the shift occasionally
Requirements:
  • Previous experience working front of house in a hospitality or customer-facing environment
  • Supervisory experience and proven success in delivering through your team
  • Enthusiasm and passion for food and beer
  • Ability to deliver excellent customer service and great teamwork in a fast-paced and pressurized environment
  • Result-driven and ambitious individual keen to develop your career and grow with us
