About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Sales Support professional to join our electrification team at Interv_l Group | B Corp™. As a key member of our sales office, you will play a crucial role in supporting our external sales team and ensuring a seamless sales cycle for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support and collaboration with the external sales team to ensure a smooth sales cycle for customers.
  • Interpret technical drawings and specifications for customers, providing expert guidance and advice.
  • Guide and consult customers through the sales cycle, offering technical expertise and solutions.
  • Process customer orders and requests, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment.
  • Manage the sales inbox and provide exceptional customer service, responding to queries and concerns.
  • Build and maintain key relationships with internal and external stakeholders, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment.

What We Offer

  • A competitive salary, up to £40,000 DOE.

Location

This role is based on-site in Birmingham, with a 5-day workweek.
