Job Title: Planning Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Planning Administrator to join our team at Corepeople Recruitment Limited.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the Streetworks Coordinator, assisting with the planning and coordination of works schedules. This is a full-time, permanent role based in the Durham area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage information from multiple sources to efficiently plan and coordinate works schedules.
  • Liaise with operational teams to obtain progress information and ensure seamless communication.
  • Report on completed and outstanding jobs, providing accurate and timely updates.
  • Work closely with the Streetworks Coordinator to gain a thorough understanding of their role and provide support when needed.
  • Update various databases with documents and images, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Liaise with the customer care team to deliver exceptional customer service and manage customer expectations.
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements:

We are looking for a candidate with a civil engineering or drainage background, strong IT skills, and some planning knowledge. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively in a team environment.

Remuneration:

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of £25,000 per annum.
