We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Autism Support Assistant - Unqualified to join our team at EdEx - Education Recruitment. As a key member of our team, you will provide essential support to children with Autism (ASD) in a dynamic and inclusive Primary School setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individualized support to pupils with Autism, promoting their social, emotional, and academic development.
  • Collaborate with specialist teachers, therapists, and inclusion staff to create a tailored learning environment.
  • Develop and implement engaging activities and programs to enhance pupil engagement and motivation.
  • Contribute to the development of a positive and inclusive school culture.
Requirements
  • A passion for working with children with Autism and a commitment to providing high-quality support.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with pupils, staff, and parents.
  • Previous experience working with children with Special Educational Needs is desirable.
  • A creative and flexible approach to supporting pupils with diverse needs.
