Job Title: Creative Design Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Creative Design Lead to join our team at Digitalassetmanagementnews. As a key member of our Sales & Marketing team, you will be responsible for delivering innovative design solutions that drive business impact and maximize brand awareness.

About the Role:

The Creative Design Lead will work closely with our Senior Brand Content Manager to develop and execute creative strategies that align with our company vision. This includes leading the creative direction for marketing campaigns, designing engaging internal communication tools, and delivering creative design briefs internally or through external freelancers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute creative strategies that drive business impact and maximize brand awareness.
  • Lead the creative direction for marketing campaigns, including Christmas and seasonal food & drink promotions.
  • Design and deliver engaging internal communication tools, such as newsletters and company updates.
  • Deliver creative design briefs internally or through external freelancers, ensuring high-quality design solutions that meet our brand standards.
  • Assist in innovative content creation for brand digital assets, including photography and videography.
  • Manage and optimize the Digital Asset Bank (DAM) to ensure efficient storage and retrieval of digital content and brand assets.
  • Support with photography/videography in alignment with refurbishments and repositioning, ensuring shoots are GDPR compliant.
  • Support in delivering industry-leading brand content for digital channels.
  • Manage and allocate design budgets effectively to maximize creative output.
