Mobile Maintenance Engineer - Commercial Portfolio

CBW Staffing Solutions Ltd is seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join their team, working across a commercial portfolio in the Southampton, Hampshire, and Basingstoke area. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial building maintenance, with a focus on electrical services.

  • Perform routine electrical maintenance and repairs on commercial properties.
  • Carry out PAT testing and other electrical safety checks.
  • Assess and respond to general building maintenance requests.
  • Work collaboratively with the maintenance team to ensure efficient and effective maintenance operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Electrical PPMs and reactive maintenance.
  • AHU / FCU / HVAC maintenance PPM and reactive maintenance.
  • General building maintenance and repairs.

Requirements:

  • City & Guilds Level 2 & 3 Electrical or equivalent.
  • Testing & Inspection 2391 (essential).
  • A good knowledge of electrical services and building maintenance.
  • Ability to work overtime when required.
  • Mechanical experience desirable.
