Implementar y mantener las políticas y procedimientos de la empresa dentro del ámbito de responsabilidad.

Colaborar en la movilización de nuevos contratos. El horario de trabajo es de lunes a viernes, de 06:00 a 18:00, con un total de 40 horas semanales, en un puesto permanente a tiempo completo.

Tareas y responsabilidades clave:

  • Asegurar que todos los servicios operen de acuerdo con las especificaciones del Acuerdo de Nivel de Servicio, como mínimo.
  • Comprender y cumplir con todos los requisitos regulatorios y legislativos.
  • Brindar apoyo a los líderes de equipo y supervisores.
  • Visitar diversos sitios dentro del área para coordinar con clientes y equipos de limpieza.
  • Buscar proactivamente nuevas formas de proporcionar eficiencias tanto en costos como en servicios.
  • Realizar inspecciones y controles rutinarios de los estándares de limpieza.
  • Solicitar los materiales y consumibles de limpieza pertinentes.
  • Realizar capacitación en el lugar y charlas de 'toolbox'.
  • Organizar la cobertura del personal durante vacaciones y ausencias.
  • Planificar tareas y actividades de limpieza periódicas.
  • Asistir a reuniones mensuales en el sitio con los Clientes.
  • Proporcionar un informe mensual detallado.
  • Estar disponible durante el día a través de un teléfono móvil proporcionado, para brindar asistencia a varios equipos.
  • Gestionar y distribuir todas las hojas de trabajo de los operadores cada dos semanas.

Estándares de Calidad:

  • Asegurar que se cumplan todas las políticas y procedimientos específicos de la empresa y del cliente.

Salud y Seguridad:

  • Las políticas de Salud y Seguridad deben estar actualizadas, asegurando el cumplimiento de toda la legislación y las mejores prácticas.
  • Asegurar que los intereses de la empresa se mantengan en todo momento.
  • Asegurar que se realicen investigaciones completas cuando sea necesario (por ejemplo, incidentes reportables por RIDDOR), notificando al Gerente de Operaciones tan pronto como sea razonablemente posible.
  • Asegurar que se realicen evaluaciones de riesgos y se revisen continuamente, implementando las recomendaciones.

Gestión del Personal:

  • Brindar apoyo a los diversos líderes de equipo a diario.
  • Actuar adecuadamente bajo la orientación del asesor de Recursos Humanos cuando sea necesario.
  • Gestionar y administrar evaluaciones de riesgos, Salud y Seguridad, cambios en procedimientos y otros documentos de mejores prácticas laborales para todo el personal del sitio.

Comunicación:

  • Mantener una comunicación efectiva con los líderes de equipo, clientes y gerente de línea.

Otros:

  • Ser flexible en su enfoque laboral, ya que las horas pueden variar de un día a otro.
  • Se proporcionará un portátil, teléfono móvil y una asignación para automóvil (el automóvil debe tener menos de 10 años y estar asegurado para uso comercial).

Calificaciones, habilidades y experiencia:

  • Fuertes habilidades numéricas y de alfabetización.

  • Fuerte capacidad para trabajar en equipo y liderazgo.
  • Excelentes habilidades organizativas.
  • Pensador lateral (innovación).
  • Experiencia en la gestión de contratos de limpieza comercial externalizados, idealmente en un entorno educativo.
  • Conocimientos informáticos – Paquetes de Microsoft, incluyendo Excel, Power BI y el uso de software de gestión de personal.
  • IOSH (Deseado).
  • Membresía IWFM (Deseado).
  • Experiencia en gestión de múltiples sitios (Deseado).
  • Se requiere verificación DBS completamente mejorada.
