We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEND Support Specialist to join our team at The Really NEET Project Ltd. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in supporting learners with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) to achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a caseload of learners with EHCPs, providing individualized support and guidance to ensure their academic and personal success.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for staff and services with SEND-related queries, providing expert advice and support.
  • Coordinate and facilitate Annual Reviews and PEPs, ensuring that all relevant paperwork is completed and submitted in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with the Change Leader to ensure a smooth transition process for learners starting or leaving our program.
  • Oversee the progression of learners upon completion of the course, providing ongoing support and guidance.
  • Promote Inclusion best practices and contribute to the aims and ethos of our organization.
