Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Clinical Nurse to join our healthcare team in the Truro area. The successful candidate will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care, utilising their knowledge of anatomy and nursing practices to ensure the well-being of patients. Duties
  • Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients in accordance with established protocols and best practices.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients' health status, including vital signs and medical history.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, ensuring adherence to safety standards.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualised care plans.
  • Educate patients and their families about health management, treatment options, and preventive care.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and training to enhance clinical skills.
Requirements
  • Registered Nurse (RN) qualification with valid license.
  • Strong knowledge of human anatomy and physiology.
  • Proven experience in providing patient care in a clinical setting is preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues.
  • Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts as required by the healthcare facility.
