HR Advisor Role at Sarah West Recruitment Ltd

Our client, a leading technology company in the fitness/health/wellness industry, is seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join their team. As a key member of the HR department, you will play a vital role in supporting the growth and development of the workforce.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to support the expanding team.
  • Handle employee relations with sensitivity and professionalism.
  • Oversee payroll and benefits administration.
  • Support senior leadership with strategic HR initiatives as the business grows.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a generalist HR role within a small to medium-sized business. You will be confident in setting up HR processes, handling sensitive issues, and communicating effectively with directors and senior leaders. Experience with payroll, benefits, and employee engagement is essential.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is based in Bodmin or east of Bodmin and is happy to travel to Bristol when required. As the business grows, so will your opportunities for professional development.
