Join Our Sustainable Water Management Team

We are seeking a talented Associate or Associate Director Hydrologist to join our team and contribute to our national programme of work. As a key member of our Sustainable Water Management Team, you will play a crucial role in delivering flood risk management projects and leading hydrological contributions to various projects for our external and internal clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Undertake Quality Assurance and independent technical reviews of hydrology assessments
  • Prepare project and technical reports and presentations for clients and stakeholders
  • Support business development through identifying prospective opportunities and leading on the preparation of proposals
  • Provide project, commercial and financial management for projects
  • Develop and maintain excellent understanding of UK hydrological techniques, the Flood Estimation Handbook, and knowledge of recent updates and active fields of development
Requirements:
  • Commercial experience, including project management and bid preparation
  • Relevant experience of delivering infrastructure projects or working with local authority/national government
  • Desirable to have experience in: GIS; Flood Risk Assessments; knowledge of UK flood risk policy (NPPF and TAN15)
