Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mortgage Adviser to join our team. As a Mortgage Adviser, you will be responsible for providing expert advice to customers on a range of mortgage products and services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with a quality estate agency lead source across the Derbyshire area to generate new business opportunities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to provide tailored mortgage solutions
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and product offerings to provide expert advice to customers
  • Collaborate with the administrative team to ensure seamless case progression
  • Participate in regular training and development sessions to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • CeMAP or equivalent qualification
  • At least 2 years' experience in whole of market mortgage broking
  • Proven success in protection business
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
