Key Responsibilities
- Helpdesk Support: Respond to helpdesk inquiries swiftly to maintain high customer satisfaction levels.
- System Oversight: Manage daily backup operations and ensure the upkeep of Microsoft Desktop & Server Operating Systems.
- Network Diagnostics: Monitor and troubleshoot network challenges within our Windows 2016 Hyper-V environment.
- Hardware Support: Assist with desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
- Availability: Be ready to address out-of-hours support requests and aid in the relocation of IT equipment.
We Are Seeking Candidates With
Essential Skills:
- Proven experience in troubleshooting Microsoft desktop operating systems and Office applications.
- Familiarity with Office365 administration and foundational networking principles.
- Capability to troubleshoot networked devices along with excellent communication abilities.
Desirable Skills:
- Experience with Microsoft Azure and Windows Server environments.
- Basic knowledge of SQL administration and backup processes.
Additional Requirements
- Driving License: A valid driving license is necessary for on-site support and occasional travel.
- Health & Safety: Commitment to adhering to safety protocols and practices.
Working Hours
Standard 40-hour work week with potential for additional hours during busy periods. Out-of-hours support is required on a rotating basis.
