About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant to join our team at Guardian Homecare Limited. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients to live safe and independent lives in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support clients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and managing incontinence
  • Assist with practical tasks such as shopping, mealtimes, and housework
  • Follow individual care plans and assist with medication
  • Work collaboratively with a close-knit team to provide high-quality care

Requirements

  • No prior social care experience is necessary, but a willingness to learn and develop new skills is essential
  • Compassion, empathy, and a caring attitude are essential for this role
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
