Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team at Number Fifteen Recruitment. Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to our team, including preparing mail and enclosures, distributing mail deliveries, and greeting visitors.
  • Manage incoming calls and correspondence, ensuring timely and efficient responses to clients and colleagues.
  • Maintain a tidy and organized reception area, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment for all.
  • Prepare correspondence using our case management system, and administer filing systems, including daily filing and storage of client files.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Excellent experience in reception duties, with a proven track record of providing exceptional customer service.
  • Experience working in a legal environment, with a strong understanding of the industry and its requirements.
  • Initiative and a proactive approach to problem-solving, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
