Join Our Team as a Junior Sous Chef

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Junior Sous Chef to join our team at Malmaison and Hotel du Vin. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for overseeing the running of the kitchen, supporting the Head Chef, and inspiring the team to deliver exceptional dishes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the daily operations of the kitchen, ensuring seamless service and high-quality food production.
  • Support the Head Chef in menu planning, inventory management, and staff development.
  • Lead by example, demonstrating exceptional culinary skills, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering outstanding results.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to maintain a clean, safe, and efficient working environment.
  • Contribute to the development of new menu ideas, specials, and promotions.
