Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Installation Administrator to join our team at Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited. As an Installation Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our installation processes, from raising job folders to managing installation files and supplier invoices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Raise job folders and maintain up-to-date installation files for all jobs
  • Enter job pricing and raise purchase orders against jobs
  • Verify supplier invoice pricing against raised purchase orders
  • Enter commissioning sheets and send to customers
  • Record FGAS data and maintain accurate records
  • Book training courses for engineers and ensure certifications and licenses are up to date
  • Arrange accommodation for engineers as needed
  • Answer incoming calls and provide administrative support
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need to be highly organized, have excellent communication skills, and be able to work effectively in a team environment. Experience with FGAS data and commissioning sheets is preferred.
