Job Specification:

As an experienced Installation Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing Installation Teams and Subcontract Install Teams, ensuring they adhere to Polars values. This includes hiring, firing, appraisals, return to work interviews, training, and toolbox talks.

Working closely with Project Managers, you will ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. You will also guarantee that all projects are installed to product manuals, recommendations, and to the highest quality.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing Installation Teams and Subcontract Install Teams
  • Ensuring all projects are installed to product manuals and recommendations
  • Working closely with Project Managers to deliver projects on time and within budget
  • Ensuring all company QITP sheets are filled in by Installation teams
  • Coordinating with Polar management to resolve site issues and snagging
  • Reviewing NCRs and NPS results for installation
