We are currently seeking a Quality Assurance Coordinator to enhance our team at Kepak Group. This role is pivotal in overseeing the Site Quality Assurance systems, ensuring they align with customer expectations, business requirements, and relevant regulatory standards.
As a Quality Assurance Coordinator, your responsibilities will include:
- H.A.C.C.P / T.A.C.C.P / V.A.C.C.P Systems: You will guide site teams in the development, implementation, and monitoring of our food safety and defense systems.
- Documentation Management: Ensure that all technical documentation is accurately created, maintained, and distributed in accordance with established protocols.
- Internal Auditing: Coordinate and uphold the internal auditing system, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
- Customer Audits: Facilitate and support audits conducted by customers and third parties.
- Complaint Management: Oversee the tracking and resolution of customer complaints and non-conformances, collaborating with relevant departments for effective investigation and response.
Qualifications:
- A degree in a relevant field such as Food Science is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
- Familiarity with BRCGS and customer standards is essential for participation in the H.A.C.C.P team.
- Previous experience in a similar capacity, with a strong emphasis on food safety and quality in a manufacturing context.
- Experience in a high-volume meat processing environment is advantageous.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are necessary for effective interaction with diverse stakeholders.
- A meticulous approach to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of integrity and compliance.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team, demonstrating adaptability to changing demands.
- Strong work ethic and ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure.
