Private Client Solicitor Job Description

**About the Role**

We are seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join our team in Solihull. As a Private Client Solicitor, you will work on a variety of HNW matters, including will preparation, estate administration, trusts, inheritance, tax mitigation, and Court of Protection issues.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Handle a varied caseload of files, including will preparation, estate administration, trusts, inheritance, tax mitigation, and Court of Protection issues.

* Engage in business development to build the company's network.

**Requirements**

* A minimum of 3 years PQE or 5 years Fee Earning in a Private Client department.

* Strong technical knowledge and a meticulous eye for detail.

* Excellent interpersonal and consultancy skills to confidently engage with colleagues and clients.
