Aerospace Assembly and Fitting Opportunity

Join a world-leading aerospace manufacturer at their Gloucester site, where you will be working closely with Airbus to manufacture high-precision parts for new aircraft.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Assembly and testing of aerospace components
  • Completion of relevant administration tasks

You will be working as part of a highly qualified team of professionals in a leading company for aircraft manufacturing.

Requirements:
  • Ability to read engineering drawings
  • Previous fitting/assembly experience, ideally within aerospace
  • Completion of a full engineering apprenticeship or level 3 in engineering type module

As a Mechanical Fitter Apprentice, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects and develop your skills in a dynamic and challenging environment.

Benefits:
  • Starting salary of: £35,700 + Shift Allowance (Approx. £44k after shift)
  • Permanent position
  • Shifts: Days, Lates and Night shifts available as part of 2 weeks about rotation

Shift Premiums: 38.50% (Nights) and 39. Working in a collaborative and supportive team environment, you will have the opportunity to grow and develop your career in a leading aerospace manufacturer.
