**About the Role**
Resolve Recruitment Services Ltd is seeking an experienced Commercial Insurance Account Handler to join our team. As a key member of our insurance brokerage, you will be responsible for managing commercial insurance accounts and identifying opportunities to grow our business.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of commercial insurance clients, providing expert advice and guidance to ensure their insurance needs are met.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to grow our commercial insurance book.
- Work closely with underwriters to secure client retention and identify new markets and schemes.
- Organize daily work to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
- Provide excellent customer service and act as a point of referral for junior team members.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in commercial insurance, with a strong understanding of insurance products and services.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Previous experience with acturis is an advantage.
