Job Title: Reception Team Leader

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Reception Team Leader to join our team at Heythrop Park Resort. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the Reception team to deliver excellent customer service and achieve high levels of guest satisfaction.
  • Work closely with the Head of Facilities and other departments to ensure smooth operations and effective communication.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and reports to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Provide coaching and training to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a hospitality or leisure environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices, with a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences.
