About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Electromechanical Assembly Specialist to join our Service Operations team at Dexory. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our fleet of robots across multiple continents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Service and Repair: Perform on-site and off-site service and repairs for Dexory robots and equipment, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance.
  • Work Instruction Development: Develop, implement, and action work instructions for service and repair tasks, ensuring consistency and efficiency.
  • Service Planning: Develop and implement service plans in line with Engineering recommendations, ensuring proactive maintenance and minimizing potential issues.
  • Quality Assurance: Maintain product traceability records, ensure team compliance with quality assurance processes, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure team compliance with health and safety regulations, promoting a safe working environment.
Requirements
  • Experience: In excess of five years of experience in electromechanical assembly and service in a precision industry, including Motorsport, Aerospace, Railway, Automotive, etc.
  • Travel: Ability to travel frequently onsite and abroad to client sites, with a valid passport.
  • Diagnostic Skills: Strong electrical and mechanical diagnostic skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
  • Communication: Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with team members and clients.
  • Attention to Detail: Impeccable attention to detail, with a focus on quality and precision.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work in a team, lead a team through challenging situations, and contribute to a positive team dynamic.
  • Adaptability: Flexible attitude to working hours and location, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
Desirable Skills
  • Business Software: Experience with business software tools such as Jira, Confluence, Slack, and G-Suite.
  • Manufacturing Software: Familiarity with manufacturing software, including manufacturing execution systems.
  • Linux Operating System: Experience with Linux operating systems.
  • Root Cause Analysis: Knowledge of root cause analysis methodologies.
