Project Manager - Digital Agency

At AYKO, we're seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our digital agency, you'll be responsible for managing the delivery of Magento / Adobe Commerce projects, including complete website builds and major works for retained clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Scope, plan, and manage delivery of digital projects, ensuring timely and within-budget completion.
  • Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders, building strong rapport and credibility.
  • Promote and develop the AYKO delivery process, ensuring consistency and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure projects are managed to protect profitability and change control is in place to manage scope.
  • Produce functional specifications and other documentation to manage project scope and educate clients.
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years' experience working as a Project Manager in a digital agency environment.
  • Targeted training in areas of digital project management that you are less experienced in, or would like to develop.
  • The opportunity to take ownership of client roadmaps and develop strategic understanding of how projects interact with wider programmes of work.
