Personal Lines Account Handler

We are seeking an experienced Personal Lines Account Handler to join our team at Capio Recruitment Insurance. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a range of personal lines / HNW covers and clients, covering existing business and new business enquiries across covers such as household, motor and travel.

About the Role

As a Personal Lines Account Handler, you will work towards individual and team targets, offering fantastic service and care to your clients, along with technical expertise and market knowledge to secure them the best cover possible from a range of insurance providers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of personal lines / HNW clients, providing exceptional service and technical expertise
  • Work towards individual and team targets, driving business growth and revenue
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and market trends, ensuring you have the latest knowledge and expertise
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • General experience in personal or HNW insurance, ideally with the ability to use and work to broker systems and practices
  • Preferably working towards CII exams, with full support provided
  • Either GCSE English and Mathematics grade C / 4 or experience working successfully where numerical and written accuracy were required
