Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Personal Lines Account Handler to join our team at Capio Recruitment Insurance. As a Personal Lines Account Handler, you will be responsible for managing a range of personal lines / HNW covers and clients, covering existing business and new business enquiries across covers such as household, motor, and travel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of personal lines / HNW clients, providing technical expertise and market knowledge to secure them the best cover possible from a range of insurance providers.
- Work towards individual and team targets, offering fantastic service and care to clients.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and changes in regulations, ensuring compliance and best practices.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including underwriting, claims, and accounts, to ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements:
- General experience in personal or HNW insurance, preferably with the ability to use and work to broker systems and practices.
- Working towards CII exams or equivalent, with full support provided.
- GCSE English and Mathematics grade C / 4 or equivalent, or experience working successfully where numerical and written accuracy were required.
